Alerts
See recent problems in the Alerts inbox and choose which alerts reach your phone and email.
DozaLink tells you when a chemical runs low, a device goes offline, or a pump needs attention. Each person chooses their own alerts. Nobody else’s choices change yours.
The Alerts inbox
Click the bell at the top of any page to open Alerts. It lists the alerts for your locations from the last 30 days, newest first, and any problem that is still happening. Each alert says Still happening or when it was fixed. Click an alert to open the device or chemical. A number on the bell counts the alerts that arrived since you last opened the inbox.
Choose your alerts
Open Settings and find Alerts. For each kind of alert, tick Phone, Email, both, or neither, then click Save Changes. An alert with neither ticked is off, and it is not in your inbox either.
| Phone | Sent to every phone where you signed in to the DozaLink app and turned on phone alerts. |
|---|---|
| Sent to the email address you sign in with. |
Under Locations, untick the sites you don’t look after. You get no alerts about them. You only see the locations you have access to, and a new location starts ticked. Devices that are not at a location alert people who can see all locations.
The first time you sign in, the home page asks you to choose. Click Keep these to keep every alert on, or Choose alerts to change them.
